Skills are pre-built or custom-built AI workflows that handle specific tasks — drafting outreach in your voice, generating content, summarizing meeting notes, following up with prospects, and more. You install them into your Cowork account and they're ready to run.
We share the full list when you get started. They cover the highest-value areas for service businesses: outreach, content, client communication, follow-up, and more. You pick the 3 that will hit hardest first.
Most setups are complete within 5 to 7 business days. Walkthroughs get scheduled once the build is done, and your monthly plan starts 7 days after that.
Anytime. The change takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
No. That's the whole point. We handle the technical side. You get the walkthroughs, the support, and the finished system. If you can use email and browse the web, you're set.
